This class is for true beginners who had no experience in aerial classes.

Students will build strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, wraps, climbs, locks, inversions. 

Class time includes a warm-up, conditioning exercises,  basic skills and poses in the safety of an aerial nest/cacoon/knot
