spots leftThis class is for students for those who already passed the beginning level, and was approved by the coach to move to this level /class! Students in this level should know how to climb, do foot lock/double foot locks without help, and wrist lock, all simple knot drops.

Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the class has started, you will not be able to join the session.
