This class is suitable for all students, all ages and levels! All our students can join them from your home/or any other place via zoom! Our weekly exercise all different from session to session to ensure our students stay fit , strong and flexible and don't lose their strength AND GRIP while our dojo is closed. Conditioning exercises aren’t pretty or complicated to learn. They are designed to supplement your usual training on the silks to help you progress. They improve arm strength, core strength, grip strength and stamina.
For this class we don't need any special equipment, it can be done at home on a floor, carpet or yoga mat
